SHIPPING POLICY

For all domestic orders, please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment.  The 3-4 business days shipping time includes time for fulfillment.  All rush orders will be fulfilled within 1 business day and arrive 1-3 business days there after.  All orders are shipped from Souther California.

For all international orders, the expected delivery time is 6-12 business days, plus 1-3 days for fulfillment.  

No order pickups are allowed at this time.  

Full Hearts LA is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please email contact@fullheartsla.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
